After placing an item, Recoplex will receive an order request and you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been placed. Once the order has been processed, we will be responsible for shipping the product and providing our customers with the necessary tracking information.
All products (customized/pre-designed bundles, standalone products) that are sold on Madison’s Eco Solutions have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If your product was damaged during shipping/transportation, you must provide us with photo evidence of the damaged product. After receiving the evidence, we will review, and process the refund.
